[SOLVED] 3700x or i9 9900K

Hello what do you think is a better choice for gaming and photo editing. Brand new Ryzen 3700x and B45O motherboard or I can buy from a friend brand new I9 99OOK and ROG MAXIMUS X APEX (also new but without warranty). i9 9900K combo would be 200 USD more than 3700x thank you. PS. 3900x and suitable x570 mobo would be even 200 use more than i9

I would go for the 3700x and save the money. Make sure you get a decent motherboard with good VRM.

Tough choice. The 9900k will probably be marginally better in gaming. The photo editing may give a nod towards the 3700x or maybe not.
It looks like money IS an important factor, in which case I'd go with the 3700x.
