370w PSU and Gigabyte Gtx750ti

Can my 370w Gigabyte PSU handle a Gigabyte GTX 750 ti?

Just barely. I'd high recommend getting a higher quality PSU that's above 500w with a Gold 80+ rating. I think EVGA makes those well.

It should be, but I'd still recommend getting a 500w or even 400w power supply. Using close to full load is ok but it may become a problem in the future.

UPDATE: It should be fine running normally, yes, but keep in mind that your computer has other components that require power draw and 370w may not be enough. If you are talking about GPU alone, there should be no problem.
