If you're willing to factor in rebates, or can bump the price to $400, yes. Otherwise? no.
And just a suggestion, don't go with the challenger. I've used it, and it left me a bit dissatisfied. (basically no cable management) IMO, the way to go would be to spend $10 more and get this case: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811119233&Tpk=haf%20912 It's a superior case to build in, and I think it looks better. But that's me.
