[SOLVED] 3800xt vs i7-11700k

I recently purchased a bundle to get a RTX 3080 for MSRP. I purchased a i7-11700k and Asrock Z590 Pro4 with it.
My current system is a 3800xt and Asus ROG Strix B550-F

If you were in my situation what would you pair with the RTX 3080?

They other combo will be going into my second system in my man cave.

11700k hands down. Maybe if Ryzen was 5 series then maybe 50/50.
