380w enough?

Hi,

I plan to buy the following case:

Antec Sonata Piano Black Quiet Case - 380W TruePower Silent PSU (CA-003-AT)


However i have asked a few people i know and they say i should get more than a 380w power supply but thats what comes with the case. Is this enough?

I plan to run the following components with it.

XP3200+
1GB Dual Channel DDR 400 RAM
128MB GEforce 4 TI4400
ATA 100 80GB Hard drive
2 case fans.
DVD player
CD Writer
DVD Writer.

I dont plan on adding anything else at all so is 380w enough for this or should i look for another case?
