AMD Ryzen 9 3900X
G.Skill 16 gb 3200mhz -> XMP ON
B550 AORUS PRO AC
MSI RTX 2060 SUPER

Problem:
When gaming, i want to have maximum performance with lowest graphics. Its using only 30% of my GPU and around same amount of CPU.
I wouldnt care but i sometimes have massive fps drops (im playing on 165 capped) its dropping to 40-60 and its annoying af when im playing comp.
What i tried:
Optimizing w10 - changing powerplay,changing nvidia 3d settings, disabling timers in device manager,checking temps, installing chipset drivers,installing nvidia drivers with nvcleanstall (didnt use ddu).
updating bios, turning on XMP.
