38GB of Temp files.

I recently installed Windows 10 tech preview and I noticed that I only had about 60GB free on my 120GB SSD, Using windows 10 storage settings, it said 21GB was the system and it reported 39GB of temp files. I found the temp folder but it says access denied. System cleaner and CCleaner do not find those, any suggestions? Thanks.

Right hand click on the drive in Windows Explorer and select properties.
Click "Disk Cleanup".
Follow the wizard to identify and remove files.

I have already did that, and it only found 200mb of files. I cannot for the life of me find where those files are.

I use Steven Gould's CleanUp utility weekly (1 click and done) and then do a full windows disk cleanup once a month.

By default many options are not selected in the cleanup utility.
In particular, backup files from upgrades and service packs are not deleted unless you select the option.

To see stuff...

1. Open Windows Explorer or better PowerDesk if you have it.
2. Right click on a drive
3. Select Find Files / Folders
4. Change *.* ..... to..... *.tmp
5. Click Find Now button

Rinse and repeat with *.dmp for dump files
