Solution
You have the needed connections:

1 x 24-pin motherboard connector (550mm)
1 x 8-pin EPS12V connector (550mm)
1 x 8/4-pin EPS/ATX12V connector (550mm)
2 x 8-pin PCI-E connector (550mm)
6 x 6-pin PCI-E connector (550mm)
2 x triple SATA connector (500mm +250mm + 250mm)
2 x triple 4-pin IDE & single floppy power connectors
(500mm + 250mm + 250mm + 150mm)
The problem is your PSU is old, so when it was built there was no such thing as an 8 pin PCIe connector. Best advice is to get a new PSU with the correct connectors, plus PSUs do wear out over time. That said, if really can't afford a new PSU, you can use a couple of 6 to 8 pin adaptors, but I don't recommend it. In theory the only difference between the 6 pin and the 8 pin is 2 extra ground wires (the live wires remain the same), this reduces voltage loss from ground wire resistance. If it uses 2 8 pins, there must be a reason the manufacturer feels the need to do so, so I recommend you get a PSU with the correct connectors.

I didn't word it correctly.
Can't I just buy a new PCIE 8 pin power cables if I can't find the included ones from a local big box parts store?

I figured my power supply I listed was still pretty dn good.

If you're missing a cable, call Silverstone. Modular cables are not interchangeable in this manner as the pinouts vary considerably.
