390X Driver problems !

Its my first time having issues with amd drivers , basically with every driver after 16.11.5 whenever I try to OC the card even with 1 mhz the moment I hit "apply" the screen goes black . Reverted back to 16.11.5 I used my old OC ( +125mhz , 1650mhz memory ) absolutely no problems . I tried a clean install of the newer drivers , but nothing works ... Any kind of help is GREATLY appreciated .

Try plugging the monitor into a different display port. Can you try updating the bios? Might need to use another computer to get software. TRY the DDU from 3d guru to remove drivers. Card may also be fried.

My Bios is updated , used DDU no effect , about the display port I doubt that its from t hat , but I will try.

Are the temps fine? Does your PSU Serve enough watts for your Components and GPU? Additionally if you have spare time, you can try going into regedit, local machine/system/current control set/control/graphic drivers, and create a new DWORD or QWORD, depending on your windows 64 or 32 bit, and then naming it TdrDelay. Set it to a value of 10. Restart your PC and reply in the effect. I'm pretty sure this is temporarily though.Is the card old or did you buy it used? It could just be a faulty GPU, or you are overclocking way too high. It could also be a problem with your motherboard.

I have an overkill PSU that has done its job perfectly . My GPU is freshly bought from the store 1 year ago together with my whole pc. My temps are perfect ( 67-73C for the GPU when overclocked , CPU never gets over 55C )
