Hello.
I got 2 options to choose from, the primary focus of the computer will be 4K gaming , video encoding and data storage, 4K content creation, 4K movie playback on an additional display while working on the primary display

option 1 : 3930k + intel dx79si - Price 200$
option 2: 7700k + gigabyte z270x ultra - Price 490$
cheapest ryzen in pakistan is close to 600$ so that is out of the question

the gpu is gtx1080 in both cases....Personally i want to go with the 3930k save money and invest in a gtx1080Ti or something else....

Well the 3930k looks to be equal to the Ryzen 5 1600 in synthetic benchmarks - http://cpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/Intel-Core-i7-3930K-vs-AMD-Ryzen-5-1600/1487vs3919

Might not be a bad deal if you can get the CPU+mobo for $200. The cheapest Intel DX78SI I can find is $182 on eBay.

Not sure why you'd go with the 7700K over a Ryzen 5 or Ryzen 7. ?? Ryzen would be much better for content creation and you don't need a super fast CPU to play 4K games.

Admirable
When using DDR3 2400 with a i73930k the FPS is the same as a 7700k (mostly any DDR4 speeds). So buy cheaper and save money. You do however lose M.2 ports and USB 3.1 Gen2 that isn't on the X79 platform.

They two processors should be about the same in multi-core workloads, with the faster quad-core 7700K being very close to the slower six-core 3930K. One of them is half the price but used, while the other is brand new with warranty. It's up to you but in my experience I do not like to recommend used motherboards as there are so many things that could go wrong with them.
