[SOLVED] 3950X EDC 100% 230 A. Is this OK?

In playing most games, I get a solid 85% to 95% & 100% on load EDC of 230A.

THE QUESTION: Is this ok? Or will it damage my chip later on?

Are you sure you didn't wanna just show off your score?

But personally I don't really even think they're worth overclocking, because you lose the higher lightly threaded boost. I have a 3900X and on stock I get a slightly higher GeekBench score, although of course your multi has me beat by a good 25-30%, but that's mostly due to the higher core count

That crossed my mind. But I am concerned with 230 amps vrm output on max load. But I got my scores and I don't think I'll ever be in position that I'm going to be on max load. I'm just curious if it could cause damage to my parts. That's all.

Hardware Unboxed (on YOutube) has done quite a few VRM temp measuring/analysis videos for several Rzen mainboards; perhaps you can find yours included....(there are some 120C temps at VRM mainboards, where caution would be warranted, vice compared to the relatively cool 95-100C mainboards)

I saw that video. This one configuration is from Builzoid though. According to him, these are the settings he runs his 3950X in. But I went back to Auto instead of 44 and Auto Voltage, now my max load hovers around 180 A out of 230.
