hey everyone i stumbled upon a Gigabyt gtx 560 ti fermi for 199.99 (1 gb) i thought about buying it but then i saw a gtx 550 ti fermi 1gb for 134.96. up until now the cheapest place i could find a 560 ti (i dont know what fermi even means) was well over $200. i guess what i'm asking is has anyone had dealings with 3Btech.com? any thoughts about'em? criticism? praises?
i really want to go nVidia this time around, but it is realy hard not to get the hd 6870 1gb for $165. any thoughts on this as well i want a card under $200 that will play skyrim and borderlands, and stuff like that. ( i understand that for under 200 bucks means unplayable at high res but i only have a 1366 x 768 sanyo 26" lcd right now anyways. (dvi or hdmi out)
also, ya think going for a 560 ti will mean going for a more powerful psu? i only need 1 cd/rw drive, 1 hdd, and maybe later a blue ray player. so i think 650w from corsair should suit me. (oh, and i will use only one gpu at least for a few months)
plans:
phenom ii x4 black @ 3.0
8 gig corsair pc 1600 (btw, is pc1366 better for gaming than pc1600?)
corsair tx 650w v2 psu
cooler master HAF 922m
ASrock extreme 870 am3+
ps. i am a fan of VIDEO CARDS. i dont care if its green and black or red and black (although my case is red and black i'm looking for bang for buck here.
