Question 3c error code

Every time i try to turn my pc on the motherboard shows error code 3c.i have a asus maximus vi hero. My pc turns on but bo signal + keyboard+mouse not working. I triee to get in to bios with the cmos battery but still no signal. I tried onboard graphics. I would like to know how i can fix it and what it means. The code om their website says Post-Memory PCH initialization (PCH module specific).
My specs are: GTX 1050ti, i7 4770s , 16 gigs of ram and Asus maximus vi hero.

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs like so:

You should also include the age of the PSU(as well as the make and model of the unit). Which BIOS version are you currently on? How are you on 16GB's of ram? Have to tried swapping slots?

Breadboard the system and see if you get display output.
