To be honest its hard to see but if u look at the tailor swift pptx and "predelan film" folder you can see a bit of blurryness. it can get really annoying when you are reading.
Almost forgot for my main im using a VGA to display port adapter and for my 2nd monitor im using HDMI (dont ask why isnt it the other way around)
Thanks

Solution
why not use a hdmi to display port adapter as would be all digital not analog when using vga? switch monitors with their respective cables so the main is now your secondary to see if there is still an issue or not.
so i changed the port usage... meaning that my main is on HDMI and 2nd monitor is on VGA to display and now both work as they should. The weird thing is 1st i tried to replug both of them and the problem was still there. Thanks for the idea it works as it should now.
