3D Graphics Artifacts - nVidia Geforce GTX 660M

My graphics card is giving weird artifacts in 3D Games.

Is this hardware failure? The problem does not seem to be temperature dependent.

Sounds like you need to rma your card if you have it overclocked reset it to defaults if not start a rma the card is dying.
