I swapped by Radeon 6790 in November ish for a R9390x and I just ran 3d mark today and it was almost 7000 lower than what it ran in November. I was wondering if anyone could help me identify the bottle neck and recommend upgrades as aside from gfx card and ssd the system is pretty old. THanks for your help :

Solution
The reason the scores are different is because your latest test is ran with firestrike ultra test where as your old test is ran using the normal fire strike test.

Try running the normal fire strike test and then compare the results.

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817152035 here is my power supply.
It should be enough to run but I have had problems with the video going out while playing XCOM 2. Another thing would that PSU be good enough for crossfire or should I be more focused on upgrading MOBO, CPU, and RAM.
Current Specs for those:

Your 4k score is about where it should be.
My overclocked 290 score is just a little bit lower
