Hi All,
I've been trying to benchmark lately and am having significant issues with 3d Mark. System spec in signature.
CPU overclocked and I would consider it to be solid. I stopped OCCT after 3+ hours running on blend with all memory used. Ran Prime for over 24 hours with multiple test configurations. So as a starting point for OCing the GPU I have a stable system.
3dMark is randomly stopping during testing and giving the message 'user stopped the testing'. There are no visual artifacts and as such I don't believe its the OC. Further, I am getting the same stops and error message when I run the card at stock. This doesn't seem to be an issue during gaming (BF1 is my go to game) or during intense editing (granted the card is only utilised up to about 70% and only for certain effects).
I am using the Aorus Engine. I have tried to run in windowed mode as I have read that windows 10 pop ups can interfere with 3DMark but cant get this to work - pressing 'alt return' stops the test. I have also tried turning off all notifications.
One further query, could this be a power issue? or is my Corsair AX760 suitable for my system?
Any help would be much appreciated.
