I think you mean below average?

First, I'm a little confused by the NO MORE CUSTOM OC. Do you mean you yourself won't manually OC anymore? You are aware that cards without factory OC usually have similar clock speeds overall than those with that factory OC, right? Only manual OC will really improve performance by any meaningful level. That's why I personally buy stock cards and do the OC myself... much cheaper for better results.
Just as an FYI.

Anyways. Do you use Afterburner? What are your settings, and did you reinstall after switching cards (if you did that)? How fast is your card running exactly? Did you change anything, eg apply an undervolt? Powerplan settings? How are temperatures? Is the card new, and if yes, did you uninstall old GPU drivers with DDU beforehand (if applicable)? Is the card running at the correct PCIE speed and the correct number of lanes (4.0x16 in GPU-Z)?

ok nevermind i fixed it. It was case fault... yes case fault, a case part blocked the correct way to insert gpu now it's working great and i'm 400 point higher than the average
