3D Modeling Workstation

Hey guys.
So the time has come for me to order a new workstation. I have to preferably order a prebuilt workstation,but if that will be cheaper I can order parts, as my office dictates the rules to how I should purchase a workstation. They will provide a maximum of 3000 USD for making this purchase. I work primarily in DS Solidworks with assemblies containing a lot of parts and . I am not that into workstation hardware, except for the fact that my current workstation is taking too much time and is laggy while moving around in my assemblies. I would love to hear some suggestions to what would be optimal for this price point. I need it to be better than my current workstation with the following specs:
Intel Xeon W3670 (6c/12t 3.5 GHz)
12 GB DDR3 ECC (800 MHz)
Quadro 4000 2.5 GB GDDR5, 256 CUDA

This system is a lot better then what you have but the main problem is the insane gpu prices atm. All cards liked by miners are over double some even quadruple the price they are supposed to be. Normally I would've inserted a 1070 at least but they are almost 1000$ which is over double the price and the 10606gb are all around 600 which is the same story. I managed to find a 1060 3gb version for closer to normal price tho.
