Question 3D settings

Can somebody give me some good 3D settings to tweak in the Nvidia Control Panel?

And should that option in performance or High Performance?

You should've added more info about what you want the GPU to be tweaked for/towards. If anything I leave everything as is and then manage the settings for the GPU when in-game via their settings menu.

Oh sorry. I wanted to be tweaked to better performance. I turned it to High Performance but it seemed to be worse(fps drops,etc) and if the drops were not a cause of the "High Performance" setting then I think it was the driver I updated(Came out Nov 12)
