3dmark 03 freezing

About 40 secs into the nature scene it just freezes out right. I can't figure out why. It's worked in the past with no problems.

I am, but I tried not overclocking to fix, didn't wrok.

try updating the chipset drivers. it's what happened to my friend's PC using VIA
