3DMark Fatal error during installation! Please Help!

Whenever I try to install 3DMark, I get a fatal error during the installation. Here is the log.

Please help. I have a defective 980ti and just want to know what is wrong.

I am sorry but I am not catching your drift. What am I doing wrong if anything? I was told by an EVGA rep to download firestrike to diagnose my problem.
