Question 3DMARK test /FPS drops ?

Hello!

Just recently got a new PC, been experiencing fps drops in some games, just wondering if maybe my PC has something wrong with it ?

I scored 15 472 in Time Spy

Intel Core i7-10700KF Processor, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 x 1, 32768 MB, 64-bit Windows 10}

I'm not really a huge expert with PCs so I have no idea if the score is bad or not or if it shows anything that should be a concern ?
