3g connecting issue with idea in delhi roaming

My karbonn titanium machfive is 3g phone i can connect 3g in my home network but since i came to delhi under roaming i can connect only 2g i have another sim vodafone under delhi roaming i can connect vodafone 3g but not idea 3g.please help i already contacted idea guys they sent the settings i saved them but still not connected to 3g.this idea sim onnected to 3g with my friends phone.

Only 3g issue and service operator guys couldn't resolve this. they send settings but they don't resolve it
