Hi

theoretically possible

BUT what is the best 3G download speed available at your location
(may depend on which airtime provider you choose)
(have you got 4G available yet?)

It is unlikely to be as good as a broadband or cable internet provider
also 3g broadband usually has download limits much lower than phone line or cable broadband

What with Windows updates every month (unless you are still with XP ?) consider how much data a month you are using.

I have seen this offered as a fallback when broadband by phone line or cable fails
