Yes, it is called myPhoneFiles.com, but it works only with Verizon's
picture phones (I guess any newer phone would do). There is software there
you can use to make real-voice ringers out of MP3s, CD music, etc. I only
tested it with LG VX6000 and Audiovox CDM 8900 but other newer phone should
work as well.
