Short story is a simple no. It's not gonna happen. there is dual band wifi which is sort of like how you're thinking but doesn't work in that exact manner.

Long story in as simple of terms as I can give is this:

Because in order for your multihotspot thing to work, each hotspot would somehow need to be linked together in a way where they communicate with each other and can synchronize to be identical and split the load of bandwidth, but even then, they would somehow need to be able to also connect to their respective connections with identical names, specs, ip address, etc. which will never happen due to the fact that it would cause an IP conflict. And even if that was somehow possible, either they would need to be connected into a singular device that takes the combined connection of the hotspots and then passes it along as it's own hotspot as a singular wifi connection. Either that or your wireless device you are looking to connect to the internet with using this method would have to support connecting to two or more different wifi connections simultaniously and combining those connections together for bandwidth.
