I got this wild idea... What about putting the radiators for my (soon to be built) custom watercooling system just outside my window?

I live in Norway, and temperatures below -20D ( C ) is not unusual now during the winter.

-20D (C) cooling liquid to CPU and GPU.... Yes please :D

But this would require 2-3 meter long tubes, to reach outside my window. Can I build a system and do that?

its not a good idea to do that. It can probably be done, but its actually not good to have your cpu running cooler then room temperature.
This is because it will cause condensation to form around your cpu and of course im sure you know what happens when water touches your motherboard.
