3pin and 4pin fans

Hello guys!
So heres the thing: I am looking for a new motherboard + Cpu upgrade. The thing is, all the high-end motherboards like the MSI M5 and its equivalent in each company come only with 4pin headers. I cant find a motherboard with 3pin headers. Sadly though, some time ago I bought two 140mm Phanteks PH-SP140 , which went for almost 15 euro each. I thought it obvious that all decent motherboards would support 3pin fan control but I was wrong . So , does that mean that my fans will always run at 100% ?

No, there is no problem.
You can use 3pin fans on 4pin headers. They still get regulated.
