Hey guys,

i am desperately trying to get my 3rd and 4th GPU running without success. Can someone experienced have a look at my setup please?

Mobo: http://www.asrock.com/MB/AMD/B450 Pro4/
GPU: 2x RTX 3060 Ti, 2x RTX 3070
CPU: Ryzen 3 2200 G
PSU: 850 EVGA G3 SuperNova
Current PCI-Riser: I am temporarily using those and have 2 of them: https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B01MZF8FJA/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Upcoming PCI-Riser: I have ordered this risers (higher version) but it still takes time till they arrive: https://www.ebay.de/itm/6-24-Stück-VER009S-PCI-E-Riser-Karte-1x-bis-16x-USB3-0-Datenkabel-Bitcoin-Mining/333893530022?ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT&var=542955835594&_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2648

Facts I could gather so far:
  • I can run both 3060 in both PCIe 16. Same for 3070. I can also run 1x 3060 and 1x 3070 at same time
  • When ever I plug a GPU to one of the PCIe 1 slots there is no signal to my monitor. Even not from the other both which are plugged in to PCIe 16.
  • I tried every single PCIe 1 slot. And I tried both of the current PCI risers I have (see above)
I guess it is somehow related to the PCI riser? Do you think the new PCI risers will solve this issue?
According this page my mobo is suitable for mining: https://cryptoage.com/en/1750-motherboards-for-assembling-gpu-mining-rigs-in-2019.html

Solution
Someone in reddit gave me the hint to disable CSM in BIOS. That was the solution ;) This forced me to reinstall Win10 though.

Hopefully this also solves your problem. Good luck bro.

I have the EXACT same problem with the exact same mobo, its insane. I can manage to connect my two RX580's with the same risers as yours. But when i plug the third, pc just wont start. I dont think the problem is with pci risers or slots. I think the problem is with BIOS settings but i couldn't figure it out at all. Hope someone could help us.
