3rd monitor display detected showing inactive

I am trying to set up a 3rd TV monitor to my PC with a DVI-HDMI cord. My computer detected the device but it is showing inactive. How do I set this up?

If you can see that it detected, you are in the right place. Note that many graphic cards not able to support 3rd monitor. How are your first 2 monitors connected?
