Hi, of course, this question was very popular at the past, but I want to see if there is an any fix that people figured out now.

My 1st monitor - dvi to dvi
My 2nd monitor - mini dp to hdmi
my 3rd monitor - hdmi to dvi

2nd and 3rd works. However first one doesnt.
Does this happen when you use passive cable?
I mean, if it is, why 1st monitor doesnt work? why not 2nd monitor that uses mini dp cable?

Solution
Your GPU has to support 3 monitors. If it is a relatively new GPU it should but we need the model to be 100% sure.

If it does, and I am assuming it does as you are using a mini DP which if it has that it should, then you need to make sure that the mini DP adapter is an Active adapter:

The reason is that the DVI and HDMI share clock generators. You can only run one two of the three (HDMI, DVI and DP) unless you have an active DP to HDMI/DVI/VGA adapter which will allow the DP to run itself and give you three monitors.
