3rd monitor support radeon hd 7850

Currently i am running 2x 27" ips lg monitors one on DVI and one HDMI and looking to run a 3rd 33" tv. I have radeon HD 7850 2ghz vid card (little old but works good for me) . I am a streamer on twitch and find i am running to many programs to spread out across one monitor so would like to set up a third monitor/tv for all my programs so i dont have to keep minimizing them all. on the tv. I bought an active display port and hooked it up and no matter which setting i try to put it on the third monitor/tv says 3rd monitor not detected. as far as i can figure out everything should be working.

my vid card has
1 dvi port
1 HDMI ports
2 display ports


any help would be appreciated
