3rd monitors detected, unable to save settings, was working with old GPU

I recently swapped out Radeon 7770 for R7 x250. The old GPU i was using 3 monitors.
The new GPU detects all three, however I cannot save settings when extending to third monitor.

It will display any configuration of two.

The old setup I used HDMI, DVI and active display port. If I use active display port it will no detect with new GPU, only shows with two DVI and one HDMI.

Any suggestion appreciated, thanks.

what is your exact gpu? if it doesnt have display port then it isnt Eyefinity capable!
