3tb drive not showing in bios

I have had a 3tb drive for a few years now, it used to work in my system but for some reason after i cleaned the machine and replaced the power supply it doesnt want to be seen by the bios. I have swapped it arround to see if the connections are faulty but they are all fine. im using windows 7 as 10 will not work on an aurora r3 alienware for some reason. it has been previously formatted as i have used it on this system but now cannot be read.

Is it even working after properly connected ? Can feel a vibration from it ?
