Its because the m.2 uses the PCIe lane, so the slot is disabled., its basically like having something already plugged in.

Also just a heads up, for gaming SLI scales terribly, and even with 3 cards you would see minimal if any performance increase over a single card. SLI is usually advised to be avoided, unless there is a specific application or game that actually can utilize them to any real degree.

Dang, just seen this!

"If M.2 PCI Express module is installed, PCIE5 slot will be disabled."

What's the reason for that and any way to use my m.2 and still have 3sli?
