G910 RGB MECHANICAL GAMING KEYBOARD or K95 RGB PLATINUM XT Mechanical Gaming Keyboard — CHERRY® MX Brown. not sure what mouse i want. I will be using windows 10. i have a chair already. DO NOT CARE what kind of case i get(do have a preference for one with a glass side panel).
5. Why are you upgrading?
Last PC was destroyed in a Fire.
6. What i would like.
At least 15TB of storage for Games along with movies and tv shows. Plus would be okay if most of the Hard Drives are HDD and not SSD. Boot Drive as either M.2 or Intel Optane.
FYI have no experience building pc before will be my 1st one.

Overall I doubt that spending the budgeted amount will really gain much.

Bottom line - performance will only be as fast as the slowest "component".

Movies and TV shows: put them on a network server that is regularly backed up. HDD's for storage, SSDs for boot drive and local host storage.

Here are some suggestions. At the 4-6k range you can have a killer machine with some real nice RGB if you want. I also suggest going with a single Ultrawide instead of 2x 1440p.

I included a 360mm AIO which costs the same as the 280mm shown above.
Replaced the ram with 16GB of 3600Mhz B die, which is more than enough for games.
Replaced the video card with one with a better PCB
Replaced the case with the better airflow (and cheaper) version
Replaced the monitor with something cheaper and better color quality (same resolution)

thanks. but i do want the 32GB of ram mostly as a future proof. how would i go about getting a nas. right now i have 8.5TB of movies and games right now and would like to future proof my storage.

32GB is not needed to be future proof. By the time games are using more than 16GB, your CPU and GPU will be obsolete anyways. Only use for 32GB is really 3D rendering, VMs and servers.
For a NAS, you can basically buy one yourself, or build it if you really want. WD Mycloud NAS are apparently good, but I haven't had personal experience with them: https://shop.westerndigital.com/c/nas-and-cloud-storage

Synology makes good personal and small business NAS. https://www.synology.com/en-us/products/series/home You would want one that is at least dual drives so you can have your drives set in a RAID 1 (mirror) configuration for redundancy.

While 32GB is overkill right now, games are already starting to take more RAM. The game Escape From Tarkov already uses 10GB RAM so 16GB is minimum you would want for that. I run 32GB on my desktop, but I have some VMs, however, I noticed that right after I upgraded to 32GB Windows booted using more RAM. When I was at 16GB it booted using 2.5-3GB with 32GB it uses 4-4.5GB right away. Basically Windows knows it can go and expand everything into RAM right away. My desktop at work has 16GB and it doesn't take that much now of days to hit 8-10GB of usage. When someone has a budget that allows for it, more RAM isn't the worst idea. There aren't any RGB things since the case is enclosed, but will be a near silent system. The 1TB SSD is for your OS & Applications while the 4TB is for your games. The 2x 14TB drives would be for a NAS.

Once again I am recommending a single 3440x1440 monitor vs dual 2560x1440s. I have a 3440x1440 monitor at home and for gaming it is amazing having the extra field of view. It is almost the same as having dual 1080 monitors without the bezel.
