4+1 Phase power enough for my case?

Hi,
I just got a Xeon 1230 v2 with a Asus z77 v-lk board
The cpu has a tdp of 69w. (pretty low?) and the board uses a 4+1 phase power supply.
I can also find a Z77 ud5h for 20$ more, which has 12+1 phase power delivery. It cost 20$ more and is used.
Should I go with the Ud5h for the better power delivery (and more useless features) or stick with my asus board?

Should be fine with the Asus z77 v-lk

Your cpu can't overclock...so z77 v-lk's 4+1 phase can support your cpu.
ps.more phase power just good for overclock.

Nope, should be fine w/ the Asus, it's a good mobo, will serve you well
