4.5 Ghz 2500k or 3570k?

Hey guys,
I'm building a pc with an intel CPU and I want to overclock it to 4.5 Ghz (I just think it's an impressive number lol) and I'm not sure wether I just get an I5-2500K because i've been told it will be cooler at overclock than the 3570k ivy bridge, but I don't know wether this is really true and all so I'd like to get some advice
MOBO: asus sabertooth z77
CPU cooler: mugen 3 gaming pc edition (the dual fan version)

2500k will be cooler at 4.5ghz

but 3570k is say 10% to 15% faster at the same speed

so at 4.1ghz would be equivalent to 2500k at 4.5ghz

personally if building from scratch the 3570k is the way i would go--newer architecture

okay, but at 4.5 Ghz the 2500K will be cooler and therefore (in my eyes) better?

the 2500k at 4.5ghz would be cooler than the 3570k at 4.5ghz

but you only need to run the 3570k at 4.1ghz to match the 2500k at 4.5ghz

so its not going to be hot at 4.1ghz with a decent cooler

so the 3570k is better

i wouldnt upgrade from a 2500k or 2600k to a 3570k

but if building new--then definately the 3570k

For the overclock go for the highest it willbe stable on the stock voltage mines 4.3 at 1.26v that way it stays cooler anything over 4.3 an the volts need to be higher an the temps go up loads unless your god at overclocking an you can get it stable by tweaking all the other settings.
