First time overclocking and have a stable overclock of 4.56ghz (101.5 x 45) at only 1.28v vcore. Only changes in bios from default are:
Bclk from 100 to 101.5 Mhz
Vcore from auto to 1.28
Cpu core multiplier from 35 to 45
Turned xmp on and changed memory multiplier from 32 to 33
Sytem agent up 0.010v
Llc on high

Using a gigabyte GA-Z170XP-SLI motherboard.
Corsair vengeance lpx 3200mhz 16GB (2 x 8)
Cooled with a corsair h100i v2

Load temp of 70-75°C

Solution
thats good took me 1.35v for 4.5ghz, but i ended up leaving the voltage on auto so it turns the voltage down when im not gaming, it never over volts my cpu either(some people have issues with auto over volting the cpu)
