4.5ghz cpu fan speed

Hi basically

My h110 fans speed up really high then low then high then low durring load

I want the fan speed to be constant how can i achieve this

With software and hardware examples

Software preferbly

Mount is good i get around 65 degrees c at 100% load

Try to look either into bios or some control software for motherboard (if it is one which control fans). It may have options to set fans to full speed all the time or at some other constant speed.

I cant change fan speed in he bios i have a msi z78- g45

Can you name such a progam?
