4 beeps on a Jetway NAF92-Q67 Q67 LGA1155 RMobo

So Im on my 2nd new jetway NAF92-Q67 Q67 LGA1155 R mobo and when I turn it on I get 4 beeps and nothing else. also starting with 1 stick of ram16 gig cpu-intel i7 3770k
and only getting the 4 beeps on both mobo's

I can's speak R2-D2 but I'll try to help. That mobo is for Sandy Bridge. Most *67 boards that came out with Sandy could later support Ivy with a bios upgrade. Option 1 for your problem is your bios. If I remember correctly ( and please if I don't then just correct me, no flaming ) Sandy Bridge, and I don't really remember about Ivy, is recommended with 1.5V RAM (although same say that they had no problems with higher). Option 2 is that your RAM doesn't match. And that is if we take that the RAM stick is not broken.
