I tried to search for a solution that i am facing right now and can't find any. I hope you guys can help. I've been trying to stream AC Odyssey and the lag is very painful to watch. I'm getting a decent fps on my end but every time I stream it's crazy. The stuttering is unbearable to watch. So I tried to just record it instead an upload it later. Even on that case, it's still lagging. It's stuttering even if the resolution is set below 720p already.
So my question is, is there a game that I can stream or record without a lag using Ryzen 3 2200g? Or having 4 cores and 4 threads will affect any game?
Can I stream using r3 2200g on older games that requires only dual core processors and have a good viewing experience for viewers?

My specs:
r3 2200g
rx570 4gb
16gb ram 2400mhz
50mbps download speed, "undisclosed" upload speed(the broadband provider won't tell it to us.)

Solution
You can always record with your rx570 ,OBS has a branch with amd vce support but you can use AMDs (relive) software as well.

If you get stutters on your recording increase the priority of your streaming software (look it up on youtube)

Works great for 2c/4t and 1050ti

You sir are a hero... I downloaded amd relive and I can't believe it. The framerates are just as identical as what I was playing! I'm just facing this issue with relive though. It can't capture audio and mic on "automatic". When I change it to "stereo", it can capture audio and mic, however, it plays in fastforward. I tried to find for a solution but can't find one. Atleast now I know it's not really about my process that's why it's the frames are going down on screen record. Thanks!
