[SOLVED] 4 CPU Cores around 80-100 degrees while only browsing, is this normal?

My CPU is: i7 4790k
I have been having problems with my computer being awfully slow, e.g taking ages to load in simple functions like browsing the internet or opening library.

Could this be contributing to the awful performance from my PC?

If the temps are that high, then either the CPU cooler has failed in some way, or you have a virus which is using all your CPU resources.

You will need to do more detective work. Is the CPU fan spinning? Is the heatsink firmly attached? If it is an all-in-one water cooler, is the radiator warm, is the radiator fan spinning? Only you can see and touch things. We can't.
