4 DDR2 800 mhz RAM running at 333.3 hmz

Well, they are all capable of running at 800 instead of 667MHz, you'll just have to get in the BIOS and set them to that speed if you want to that is. You are not going to gain much though.
It's actually running at 667MHz overall.
DDR = Double Data Rate which means reading and writing ability at same duty cycle so what ever you see in CPU-Z multiply by 2.
It's possible that RAM with higher latency is dragging faster one down. Check SPD for each one separately.
 


I'm not really good at this so where can i find this SPD on RAM?
