I have 4 Disks: 2 x HDD, 1 x SSD and 1 x M.2 drive

the problem is one of the HDD is missing

before I install the m.2 everything is fine

after I install the m.2 I got missing driver drive. I did everything possible to do unplug the missing Driver drive, scan for hardware changes.

I rarely do everything i can but no result so if anyone can help me plz I appreciate

Then you noticed that
Due to the limited number of lanes provided by the Chipset, the availability of the SATA connectors may be affected by the type of devices installed in the M2M_32G and M2P_32G connectors. The M2M_32G connector shares bandwidth with the SATA3 4, 5 connectors. The M2P_32G connector shares bandwidth with the PCIEX4 slot. Refer to the following tables for details.

for the HDD and SSD i use Sata 3 for the M.2 i use M2M_32G
That does not designate which SATA III port you're using.

From your user manual:

SATA ports #4 and #5 are disabled when using the M2M_32G port, with a PCIe x4 drive.

Which specific ports are your drives connected to?
To use, they must be in SATA 0, 1, 2 or 3.
