4 gb ddr3 1333 mhz can support msi g41m-p33 motherboard??????

i have msi g-41m-p33 combo motherboard and i have core 2 due E7500 2.93 ghz...........i have 2 gb ram ddr3 1333 mhz when i add 4gb ddr 3 1333mhz also my motherboard start beeping 3 times whats the problem my motherboard work with 2 gb ddr3 ram bt did not work 4gb ddr3 ram on my board whats the problem
