I have 8gb installed into my computer which currently runs

Windows 10 64-bit. Originally had Windows 8.1 Pro 64-Bit
I have 8gb ram installed into slots 1 and 3, which the other slots do not work.
Here is a Screenshot of the resource monitor http://prntscr.com/gta5br I have tried bios resets, registry edits, even moving the ram which will not work. I have a AMD A8-5600K APU with Radeon 3.90ghz, I recently took out my graphics card for a upgrade and been using integrated, I've installed the updated drivers for the integrated graphics and it should only have 800mb reserved for it not 4gb.

Other methods I've tried is resetting CMOS

Solution

If there is no way to change in the BIOS how much RAM is reserved for the video chip, you are stuck till you replace the video card you took out.

I have gotten very good results changing reserved video RAM settings in systems, lately some thin clients that were maxing out their RAM, I got almost 400MB free by changing the video reserved RAM.

This computer is becoming a work station, since I have an HP motherboard in it, you cannot edit any ram or anything really from it sadly.
