4 long beeps and 1 short beep before restarting

I just recently installed a new RTX 2060 into my Gigabyte Ga Z170X gaming 3. After I tried turning it on it does 4 beepals and 1 short beep before turning off and turning on then blasting all my fans. I tried removing each ram stick, reverting back to old gpu, removing battery for a minute then putting back in and reseting cmos

If starting the board with only CPU and CPU cooler installed, what beeps getting?
