4 monitors with 3 being surround and 1 on top

I have MSI gtx 970 GPU and was wondering if it is possible to run 4 monitors with 3 being nvidia surround and one on top that would be separate. So if I was playing a game on the bottom 3 I could still have a desktop on the top and when I wasn't gaming I could have 4 monitors for work. My GPU has 2 DVI 1 HDMI and 1 Display port.

its a walkthrough on how he set up surround plus a extra display. not sure what more explanation you need after watching the video unless your lacking ports he has. also had link to tool to see max displays here
